1. About CarReviews

CarReviews (the website at and the phone hotline , together the "Service") is operated by ("we", "us", "our"). The Service is a platform where users share their personal opinions and experiences about car-service companies.

Reviews, ratings, prices, tags, comments and voice messages are the opinions of the users who submitted them. They are not statements of fact by us. We do not verify them, and we do not endorse any review, user or company. Prices shown are what users report they paid; they are not price offers.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By using the Service, creating an account, or pressing 1 to agree on the phone hotline, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy and Content Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, write a review or leave a voice message. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or older.

4. Accounts and permission to write

• One account per person and per phone number. You may not create several accounts, share an account, or use another person's phone number.
• You must give accurate information, including a phone number that you control, and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Creating an account lets you view the Service. Writing reviews requires approval by our administrator. We may contact you (for example by phone) before approving.
• We may refuse, suspend or revoke an account or permission to write at any time, including when we believe these Terms were broken or a conflict of interest exists.
• Phone hotline: your calling number works as your account. Calls from hidden or blocked numbers are not accepted.

5. Rules for user content

"User content" means anything you submit: ratings, tags, prices, trip details, written comments, voice messages, logos, change suggestions and messages to the administrator. You may submit only content that follows these rules:

• Genuine and your own. Only your own real, personal experience with the company. No made-up, copied or fake reviews.
• No conflict of interest. You may not review a company (or its competitors) if you are its owner, an employee or driver, a relative of an owner or employee, or anyone else with a business or financial interest in it. No reviews written in exchange for payment, discounts, free rides or any other benefit, and no offering or paying for reviews.
• No threats, hate or harassment. No threats, hate speech, harassment, bullying or encouragement of violence.
• No private information. Do not post private information about any individual, such as home addresses, personal phone numbers, driver's license or license-plate numbers linked to a person, or financial or health information. Do not name or describe drivers in a way that identifies them personally beyond what is needed to describe your experience.
• Lawful and honest. No content that is unlawful, knowingly false, or that infringes another person's rights (including copyright, trademark and privacy).
• No spam. No advertising, links for promotion, repeated or automated submissions.
• One review per user per company. You may update or delete your own review.

You are solely responsible for your user content and its consequences.

6. License you give us

You keep ownership of your user content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable license to host, store, copy, display, publish, transcribe (write down), translate, play and distribute your user content, including your text and voice messages, on the website and on the phone hotline, and to use it to operate and improve the Service. This license continues for content that was already shared with others or that we keep under our Privacy Policy, even after you delete it or close your account. We do not have to keep or publish any content.

7. Moderation

• We may remove, hide, or decline to publish content that violates these Terms or our Content Policy.
• We hide or remove content only based on written criteria: spam, abuse, fake content, conflict of interest, privacy, and legal reasons. We do not hide or remove a review because it is positive or negative, or because of its rating.
• We do not review all content before it appears, and we are not obligated to monitor the Service. Some content (for example phone reviews) may be held until an administrator approves it.
• Moderation decisions are made in our reasonable judgment. See the Content Policy for how reports, evidence and appeals are handled.

8. Voice messages

• Calls to the hotline and the voice messages you leave are recorded.
• Your voice message may be played to other callers on the hotline, and a written version (typed word for word by our administrator) may be shown on the website next to your review.
• A voice can identify a person. Do not leave a voice message if you do not want others to possibly recognize your voice. Do not say your name or anyone's private information in the message.
• We may decide not to publish a voice message, or to publish only its written version.

9. Phone hotline

• Your phone carrier's standard rates and charges apply. We do not charge for the call.
• The hotline is not for emergencies. In an emergency call 911.
• You enter information with your phone keypad (company code, ratings, places, prices and similar). Please check before you press; mistakes can be fixed by contacting us.
• Before leaving a review you must confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy by pressing 1.
• Calls from hidden, blocked or unidentified numbers are not accepted.

10. Listed companies

• Companies may be listed on the Service without asking us, and without paying. We do not accept payment to remove, hide, change or rank reviews.
• A company (or a person authorized to act for it) can report a review, ask to correct company details, ask to respond, or request removal through the Report a review / company request page or by e-mail to .
• We review requests under our Content Policy. We may keep reviews that appear to be genuine opinions of real customers, even if the company disagrees with them.
• We may ask for reasonable evidence (for example, trip records) and we will not share a reviewer's identity with a company, unless required by law.

11. Copyright and trademark complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice to or by mail to , , with: your contact details; a description of the work or mark; the exact location of the content (link); a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove the content and, where appropriate, notify the user who submitted it.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY REVIEW, RATING, PRICE, PHONE NUMBER OR COMPANY DETAIL IS ACCURATE, CURRENT OR COMPLETE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. YOU USE REVIEWS AND CHOOSE COMPANIES AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT A PARTY TO ANY AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND A CAR-SERVICE COMPANY.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OPERATORS, VOLUNTEERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, FROM ANY USER CONTENT, OR FROM ANY CAR-SERVICE COMPANY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). SOME LAWS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT ALL APPLY TO YOU.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages and costs (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your user content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of another person's rights.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end your access, block your phone number, and remove your content at any time if we believe you broke these Terms, or to protect users, companies or the Service. Sections 6 and 11–18 continue to apply after termination.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. Each version has a version number and an effective date shown at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will ask logged-in users to accept the new version on the website, and callers to agree again on the hotline. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, unless the law requires otherwise.

18. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours. The English version of these Terms controls; summaries in other languages are for convenience only.
